Refund and Returns Policy

This Lifetime Warranty is provided by XENONCO L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates under Formation Number 2314814, with its registered office at The Meydan Hotel, Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. References in this Lifetime Warranty to “we”, “us” or “our” are references to XENONCO L.L.C-FZ (hssentials), and references to “you” or “your” are references to the person who has purchased a hssentials bottle or other product from us or one of our authorized retailers.

We are convinced that the hssentials bottle is a high‑quality 18/8 stainless steel vacuum-insulated bottle and we therefore offer a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on hssentials products. This lifetime warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear (including dents, scratches, powder coat chips from being dropped or damaged, discoloration, or any damage from misuse), but it does cover genuine manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Scope of warranty

  • The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from hssentials (through our official website or official channels) or from an authorized hssentials retailer.
  • The warranty is limited to the lifetime of your hssentials product under normal, intended household use.
  • The warranty does not cover damage or defect caused directly or indirectly by:
    • Improper use, misuse, abuse or failure to follow care instructions.
    • Modifications, alterations or repairs made by any third party.
    • Accidents, drops, impact, fire, exposure to extreme temperatures, or use in dishwashers where this is not recommended.
    • Normal cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches, dents, faded prints, or coating chips.

Broken or leaking lids

If your lid breaks or you notice a leak, do not send your bottle to us. Instead, contact us by email at info@hssentials.com with:

  • Your full name and contact details.
  • Order number or proof of purchase.
  • Product details (model, color, size).
  • A clear photo or video showing the issue.

You may be required to send us additional photos or videos to validate your claim. If you send the bottle to us without prior approval, you will be responsible for any shipping charges and we may not be able to process the claim.

Bottles that seem to have lost insulation

You can test the insulation of your bottle at home using hot water:

  1. Carefully pour hot (near boiling) water directly into the bottle, filling it to the top.
  2. Do not hold the bottle while filling it, and do not place the lid on.
  3. Wait five minutes, then gently touch the outside of the bottle.

If you feel noticeable hot spots on the outside, the vacuum insulation may be compromised and you may be eligible for a replacement, subject to our assessment of your claim and proof of purchase.

Products damaged during shipping

If you ordered your product from our official website www.hssentials.com and it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery at info@hssentials.com with:

  • Order number.
  • Photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and the damaged item.

If we determine that the product was damaged in transit, we may provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement once the damaged product has been received and inspected. If the product has already been used, we may not be able to treat it as shipping damage.

Making a warranty claim

If you believe your product is defective and wish to make a warranty claim:

  • Email info@hssentials.com with your:
    • Full name and contact information.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice).
    • Description of the issue.
    • Clear photos or videos of the defect.
  • If you purchased from an authorized retailer, you may also contact them directly, as they may be able to coordinate the claim and reduce shipping time and costs.

Warranty claims will only be approved if:

  • The product was purchased from hssentials or an authorized retailer.
  • The defect relates to manufacturing or materials, and not to the exclusions listed above.

Replacement terms

  • Approved warranty claims will result in the product being replaced with the same model, size and color where possible.
  • If the exact model, size or color is not available, we will replace it with a product of similar size and color, of at least equivalent value to the original product.
  • Replacement products provided under this warranty cannot be customized (including engraving, printed logos, or names). If your original product was custom printed or engraved, the replacement will be a non‑custom product.
  • Engraved or custom bottles will not receive custom engraving on replacement units under this warranty.

Once we receive your returned defective product (if physical return is required), please allow approximately 10–15 working days for processing and dispatch of your replacement. You will receive an email confirmation once your warranty exchange has been processed and another email when the replacement has been shipped.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall hssentials / XENONCO L.L.C-FZ be liable or responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the product.

We are only responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by both you and us at the time the contract was made.
